Venue Amenities
Free use of The Ceremony Garden (if Grand Ballroom) , The Courtyard (if Pavilion venue) ,The Gazebo (if Flower house reception), The Plaza (if Garden reception ) for Cocktail area
Free 5hrs. use of venue for pre-nuptial pictorial (by reservation and subject to availability)
1 Complimentary Overnight stay with Breakfast for 5 in a 2-Bedroom Suite for Grand Ballroom venue ; for 2 at one of our Bridal Suites for a Pavilion, Flower house or Garden venue.
Free Use of stand-by Generator.
Air conditioning included for up to 6 hours only for the Grand Ballroom & Flower house venues only. Php 5,000 per hour will be charged beyond 6 hours use of air-condition.
Caterer Amenities
STRICTLY NO COOKING AND BRINGING OF FOOD inside the hotel.
All Supplier/Crew meals MUST be provided by the kitchen of Hillcreek Gardens: Php180 net/pax Packed or Php 250 net/pax Plated and should be ordered minimum 3 days before the event.
Php 3, 000 - corkage fee for non-accredited Sound system supplier plus a refundable cash bond of Php 2, 000. (Accredited suppliers are JS Mina and Artuz 101)
Php 25,000 - catering fee for non-accredited Caterer for Pavilion, Garden & Flowerhouse venues.
Php 45,000 - catering fee for non-accredited Caterer for Grand ballroom venue.
Full Air-condition of the Pavilion venue for 6 hours at additional Php 20,000 net.
Php 10,000 per hour will be charged beyond 6 hours use (cocktails to reception) of all the venues.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

HOW MUCH IS THE RESERVATION FEE?
- You can reserve your  event and block off the calendar for an amount of Php 10,000.On the other hand, Php 20,000 is the reservation fee for the packages with venues included. Please take note that this is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?
1st Payment: Reservation
2nd Payment: 30% of the total amount (to pay after 1 month of reservation)
3rd Payment: Full and Final payment of the total amount (to pay at least 1 week before the event)

CAN WE OMIT SOME INCLUSIONS FROM THE PACKAGE?
- Yes, definitely. Necessary charges will be deducted from the total amount of your package chosen. Don't hesitate to ask your coordinator about this.
OUR EVENT IS HAPPENING A MONTH FROM NOW, CAN YOU HELP?
- It's a yes for Team Magic as long as the date chosen is not yet fully booked. For the record, our team has pulled off an event with less than 2 weeks preparation and the clients were happy.
CAN WE ADD OR UPGRADE SOME INCLUSIONS FROM THE PACKAGES?
- Yes, of course. Your coordinator will discuss to you necessary price adjustments for add-ons and upgrades of your chosen package.
CAN YOU PROVIDE SERVICE IF ONLY HAVE LESS THAN A HUNDRED GUESTLIST?
- As of now, our packages are designed for a minimum of 100 pax. We can provide service to guests below 100, but the package price will not change.
